I would not advise anyone to move here.You will find the outward appearance is very nice,and the model appartment is quite lovely,you have the enjoyment of the clubhouse,and pool.Sounds like a great place to live!!!It is quite the opposite,I should know,I've lived there for a long time!!!Iam on low housing, and want to move,but finantually can`t at the moment.I got harrassed,I was watched by a tennant I assume is hired,but NOT a security guard.He seems to be no more than a peeping Tom.Management does nothing about this!!!Other tennants have moved because of him looking in there windows,as he "walks his dog".This is only one problem.Maintenance is slow in getting work ordes done.Sometimes you are forced to going to the tennant/landlord complaint in order to have youre appartment in livable conditions.I hardly think it is fair to live with mold,from water damage.I could go on and on of the numerous things wrong and unfixed in my "home'.Then you have the worries that you have lies about you in your files that employees have put down.You may be okay if you can get on there side.There definatly is alot of partiality.Just don,t complain and expect anything done once you move in,you wont be the "valued" tennant they imply you will be if you rent from them.There are good reasons why most people do not stay here.I wish more people would come forward and tell there hora a home but it never felt like horror stories.I know I was not the only one that had these troubles.This place is like a PRISON.Its supposed to a home but it never was.!!!!
