I can only echo the
sentiments already expressed by other tenants. I moved to Independence from California and had no idea what I was getting myself into. Every apartment in my Bldg 17002 was broken into last summer, and no one was ever caught. The biggest complaint I have is the lack of customer service and additude from the women in the leasing office. They seem nice at first, and then if you ever go to them with a problem you get complete additude. They are very unhelpful, disrespectful and are downright white trash if provoked. Stay away, you'll regret it. I wish I could move, but cannot get out of my lease. The leasing manager "Donna" I believe is the worst of all.
