The kids in this place have no respect for others. They are rude and their parents do not care where they are or what they do. Threatening to call the police on them because they are running through stair wells and beating bats against walls does nothing. Management doesn't seem to give a ---- either. If you have kids like this, maybe it would be a good place to live. If your kids are polite and respectful, you don't want your kids to be corrupted, so don't live here. And if you don't have kids, they probably won't listen to you when you ask them to respect the other people around here.

Gas and electric bills are pro-rated for each apartment. We went from paying $80-$100 a month for the two. Now, the bill is over $200 and no one can give us an explanation. My guess lies with management. They stated that the meter readings were confidential and that we were being back charged for a mistake that occured for 9 consecutive months. Apparently it will be normal for the gas/electric bill to reach $200 a month. If you ask me, that's rediculous.

I'm counting the days until I'm out of here and would not recommend it to any of my friends. I don't think it's all worth a cheap rent price per month.
