We have lived here for not even a year & we can't wait to move out! The apartment building stinks like hamburgers & smoke. Things in our apartment still haven't been fixed & we put in work orders months ago. Nowhere for kids to play safely. People speeding in & out at late hours of the night. Utilities WAY TOO HIGH! We are tired of paying for others people's utilities.

i agree with all the posts about the utilities. i lived there for 2yrs. but any time i ever had a work order request, it was ALWAYS promptly taken care of. im sure glad im gone though. utilities are way too high. i heard from a neighbor there that years ago, a tenant decided to audit summerset. and turned out that summerset was not paying their portion of the bills. tenants did not have to pay a bill for a couple months. i guess this would have been before i moved in 2006. someone should get smart and do that again. if i happens, ill be looking for a refund. however, if you ask to see the bills to divide it up yourself, no one will let you. sounds fishy!? do yourself a favor and save the headache. dont move there
