Williamsburg Square

The new management company is worse than before. From: melissaslagle Date posted: 12/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I lived at Williamsburg Square for many years. This apartment complex moved me into an apartment that leaked, the kitchen sink cabinet was falling through, the phone jacks did not all work, the spare bedroom window leaked, the master ceiling leaked, etc. Management told me it was not the most important work order and kept me waiting for ten months before I finally just left. I gave 60 days notice, and maintenance entered my apartment with one knock and met me at my door before I pushed him out, he said he had heard I had left, but all my stuff was on balcony and my car out front. They are now charging two months insufficent notice fee, and $1500 break lease fee, at total of $2500. The company has lied about my notice, and lied in writing to me, good thing I know how to keep records, court time...bring it on Williamsburg Square...you will lose in court.
