I lived at Williamsburg for about 3 years, and I do not recommend you waste your money on rent at this complex. The parking is inadequte because there is hardly any room, and old trashy cars are left in the parking lot for months and months without being moved! Safety is a concern because the outside lights are often out and it takes a long time for them to be replaced. The walls are thin, and you can often hear your neighbors t.v. Finally, the office staff is rude and completely incompetant! I asked for their superviors information, because they were not helping me with a problem, and they refused to give it to me! Oh, they also threw away my belongings, that were in my apartment, before my lease was up! Think twice before signing a lease with this apartment complex!

I currently live at Williamsburg Square today and I have a great place to park everynight, I can not hear my neighbors and I do not see broken down cars left in the parking lot, I am a single women and do not fear for my safety, I have delt with the office staff and maintenance on more than one occasion and have had nothing but good interaction and speedy responses to any issues. I have moved in the past,if you give notice to move out on a certain day, if you move your items out on that day and turn your keys in what could they possibly throw away of yours? It is too bad for your bad experience however my have all been good. I would futher recommend this place to anyone. |

You do not know what rude and incompetent is until you deal with the Mansion Apartments staff. I have lived at both complexes in the past and still cannot pick the lesser of the two evils. Obviously this one has not changed from 1989. They can never give you the Corporate office phone number or a name to contact. It would look like they are not doing their job then! We just put that info on this website and tell the world they are not doing their job. When is Management going to wake up to this?? |

Williamsburg Square absolutely will throw your things away. We were moving out and we did NOT turn in our keys as we still had a week in the apartment and we came back to our locks changed on our door and our mailbox. Also if you are expecting your deposit back it will take longer than a month to be recieved. 4410 APT 11. Just incase the office staff reading this needs a reminder.
