I love it here. I have a pool view apartment
and a carport right by my door, a washer and dryer in the apartment a fireplace for the cold nights. I think I will stay for the long haul. i have renewed my lease for two
times and do not see me leaving anytime soon,
no real big maintenance problems, no car broken into in fact the office has went out of their way to be helpful more than once.
I am here to stay.

Sorry, I disagree I am one of the people who has lived here and have for over nine years. I see people come and people go. I have seen different office staff from time to time and this team has come into Williamsburg with a purpose and drive to keep good people and the bad seem to leave right away due to the no tolerance policy implemented. No place is 100% postive all the time but the staff seems to handle all that is placed in front of them. The good residents here appreciate the office staff. We are here to stay.

I think that you are all either OLD or to blind to see the real issues with the staff. They need to be replaced and THERE IS NO PARKING unless you pay for a carport which is usually taken by some stupid idiot. The office staff doesn't handle any problem except for cashing their paycheck.
