This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. The ladies in the office need to be replaced by staff that actually cares about the tenants. My car has been broken into twice, there are always parties and the parking is horrible. There have even been several occasions where I have seen a large dog swimming in the pool which I believe belongs to one of the office staff. IT SUCKS I WOULD NOT EVER RENEW MY LEASE!!!

I do feel your pain, however, this is not the worst, the big apartment complex on Lee Summit Road across from Drumm Farm/golf course/housing addition, has got Williamsburg Square beat and rules as far as bad office staff (notice I did not say the name.)I lived at both in the past and can now say Williamsburg Square is less of the two evils. This place sounds like it has not changed since 1989 when I lived there.
