I have lived here for two years and am moving as soon as my lease is up. When i moved in they told me the carpet was just put in..it has black spots and burn holes. It is very drafty and never stays warm in the winter. Every noise outside came be heard as well as neighbors. The management is rude, they promise things they have no intent to provide and they always tell you when you lease if up that the "market rate" is 700 to 750 but they will cut you a deal at 600 I moved in at 550 for the two bedroom and now pay 585 so dont let them trick you.

I have been doing my job since 1987. I have seen, heard and most of all
learned alot over the years. I am not a perfect person, however I work hard at doing my job to the best of my ability. I would like to let everyone know it is a challange to keep 144 people happy all the time.
We have one and two bedroom apartments here they all have washers/dryers fireplaces and start out at $599.00 and $699.00 per month, sometimes due to the market and other communities we run look and lease specials which range on prices depending on other communities. We by no means want people to rent at different rates but at every apartment communtiy rents will always increase and decrease due to the market.
As far as a drafty apartment if it is called to the attention of the office it will be taken care of propmtly, we wish all the unhappy people the best and hope they all find happiness at some time and for my other 140 people who live here at Williamsburg Square who are Happy thanks for all the support and cards of appreciation. We really do like our jobs and want to make evryone happy. Rachelle

You may have been doing your job since 1987 HOWEVER you suck at it. It seems that the young tenants are overlooked as TENANTS and treated by you as disrespectful kids or unfit mothers. We pay YOUR salary therefore we have a right to complain about our dislikes. And we all understand the way the market is but EVERYONE should get the same special or don't even bother. As I was a previous tenant I do have to agree that the office staff isn't the best. Maybe if they would have replaced them and brought someone new in we would have stayed. These by far are great apartments only if you like OLD appliances, drafty windows, crappy staff, and no results.
