This complex was not bad at all. There are geese everywhere, but they keep the sidewalks fairly clean. grounds crew is here every monday to do work. I have never had to wait more than a day for anything to be fixed. Neighbors are quite and I have never been scared at night or anything. Good area. Sucks to come home during rush hour, but otherwise it is nice to be close to the mall and walmart.
