staff is very unfriendly, changing rules from one day to another, I agree - a must place to have everything in writing. Grounds are kept up tho. Dont be a day late on rent, or you'll be in court, and they will put on credit report, even if paid before court date.! Overall, neighbors are friendly, quiet at night, safe to walk around (that might change tomorrow - we never know!) close to mall and Walmart, Target and restaurants, hard to get out of complex on busy 39th St though.
