The only reason I moved here was because it was hard to find a cheap place that would allow a 6 month lease! MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!! The parking sucked, the buildings are horrible, and make sure you get documentation on everything wrong, or you will be sent to a Collections because they are blaiming stuff on you that you did not do! Horrible, do not move here, unless you really have to! OH, and heaven forbid you have a toilet problem.... THEY ACTUALLY CHARGE YOU TO FIX THEIR TOILETS!!!

what are you saying I have never been charged to have my toilet fixed unless you broke it youreself..

I am still waiting on documentation for things that the Mansion Apartments say took place, and I left in January of 2006. Even the collection agency did not have anything to back up the allegations. The situation was recently cleared up with a new manager in the office. That is before I turned them into the Better Business Bureau. You might want to try that.
