I have lived at Woodlake Village for a while now, and have found it enjoyable. As I work in the apartment management industry (not for Woodlake's Company), I am hesistant when looking for a place to live.

While Woodlake is not top of the line, it is thus far a comfortable place to live. I like the convenience of the location, the easy access to 291 and I-70, and I love my apartment. It's older and it has some funny things (like the fact that running the heat means a steaming-hot bedroom and a lukewarm/drafty living room), but overall it's a cozy place to live. I love having a dishwashwer, a washer/dryer, and a fireplace, and my apartment is pretty big.

I've had no incidents with the management, but then again I rarely deal with them. All my maintenance orders have been taken care of in a timely fashion. There are occasionally cars parked in "my" spot and I sometimes hear the person above me moving around or vacuuming, but really, if that's all I have to complain about, I consider myself fortunate.

Overall, as far as apartment living goes, I like it a lot at Woodlake. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who knows that when it comes to apartments, nothing is perfect, but with patience and a good attitude, you can easily find a great place to live.

everyone charges for a washer/dryer and pet rent! Deal with it.

Not all places charge for a washer and dryer, and are full size and not stackables you moron
