We have found DeVille Southwest to be a very pleasant place to live. They have short-term leases if you are in between homes, nicely-sized apartments with basement storage units, and maintenance requests are attended to promptly. The grounds are well maintained, and the common space is very clean. This apartment complex somewhat suffered from a slightly bad reputation from its earlier days, but the management must have vastly improved things because we have had no bad experiences. It is a safe, quiet, and economical apartment complex. Deville SW is located in the middle of town, so being 10 minutes away from anything is especially nice. It is also under a quarter mile from both a grocery store and the Greenway, which is used for jogging and bicycling, and leads to Jefferson City's ice rink and tennis courts.
