Decent Rental, but DOCUMENT EVERYTHING, and they love to let themselves in w/o notice!

On the good side, they offer short-term leases as short as 3-mos and if you don't have a car they are on a major bus route with a grocery store 2 blocks away.
On the bad side, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!!! I can't emphasize this enough. They tried to really scam us with bogus repair/cleaning fees when we moved out. They also like to just WALK RIGHT IN without notice so be sure to chain your door when you're home or like me, you may be standing buck naked in the bathroom after a shower when someone knocks on the door once and then promptly uses the master key to open the door and prance right on into your livingroom. ...and this happened not just once, but a few times. I don't always answer my door. I don't know anyone here and if I'm home alone and not expecting someone, I don't always answer the door. The office staff has my number and they can call with an emergency or leave the appropriate notice on my door, but NOOOOO, they just come on in! BTW, this is ILLEGAL and grounds for termination of the lease!
All in all , for the price, you can get better.
