The buildings are really old so you should know right away what to expect. the complex itself is very safe but the surrounding areas are kind of sketchy. never had any problems though. spiders were kind of an issue. the dryers sucked. you had to run them twice. then the new owners took over

Furnished Living This is a great place that rents from mo2mo, 6mo, 1yr and great for temporary persons (contractors, representatives and state). Furnished apts are slightly higher but worth it for the short commute to the capitol or state shuttle lot (2-3 blcks).
