I really enjoyed living here. The apartments are newer and cleaner than many I looked at in this price range. The location is nice--right in the middle of town and next to a school and a residential area. As a single woman, I always felt safe there. Any time I had a maintenance concern, management was quick to take care of it. They also spray regularly for bugs and change the heating and air filters regularly, which I appreciated.
My one complaint about the Eastmoreland Place Apartments is that my rent went up $25 every January. When I moved in, it was $475 a month for a two-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment. Now it's $525, so it costs me $600 more dollars per year to live there, which is quite a chunk of money for me.
