Tanglewood

 

In the few months that i have lived at tanglewood apartments, i have been severly dissapointed.

To start with, upon moving in they take a portion of your deposit and use it to repaint the apartment.

This seemed ok to me untill i walked in and found paint on the baseboards along the floor and on the doors.

It seemed as if they had never heard of taping off surfaces before you paint.

Also, this is allegdly a gated community.

However, when we moved in, the keypad used to exit was missing and not replaced for a month.

The gate itself has only been closed probably 25% of the nights that we have lived here.

The code to the gate hasent been changed in years and almost everyone in the town knows the code! (I actually tested this theory by asking coworkers and complete strangers.)

Also the management comes in every so often check the smoke detector and change out filters.

When she does come in she simply walks to the back of the apartment and then back out again without even glancing at the smoke detector or filters.

The apartments do include a washer and dryer in the unit, but the dryer is basically just a waste of space.

In order to get clothes even remotely dry they have to be ran for 2 to 3 hours! I have asked around with other tenats and they all have the same problem.

The only good thing i have to say about the apartment is that i never have trouble finding a parking space.
