Not so Bad

My Husband and I lived at these apartments for a year with no problems.
I stayed at home with my three year old while pregnant with another.
I lived in an upstairs apartment and never heard any of my neighbors.
My son and I took walks to the on site play ground everyday in the summer and were never bothered.
The management has completely changed the last few years.
They used to be income based apartments and had a very bad reputation.
Now, the staff is very helpful, but not just that, they are very flexible.
They work with you realizing that no one is perfect.
I have to say that this was one of the most peaceful apartment experinces I've had.
In fact when our family of now four moved out, it was only because we needed more space for the baby.
As for the safety issues, when we moved out we transfered our lease into my little brothers name.
This was his first apartment.
If it was so "unsafe" I would have never reccomended it to my own family.

After your review, things anged. Now it's like living in a college dormitory and the management seemingly think they were appointed to be God.
Smart alecks from top to bottom. Candace (manager) isn't worth a nickel a year. It seems like all of the money needed for repairs must go into her pocket somehow, because it sure isn't spent on the tenants.
Move here and you'll think you accidentally moved into a Peruvian prison. This place really sucks grease.
