Nice, but the rent kept going up - I really enjoyed living here. The apartments are newer and cleaner than many I looked at in this price range. Awesome I recently moved from St. Louis and had no idea what Joplin would provide for apartments. The Plaza Apartments are awesome. These are nicer than almost anything in St. Louis. Although the rents are steep for Joplin, the apartments are knockout. Plus a elegant pool, great fitness
