Not to bad To be honest they have cleaned the place up. It can get a little noisy from time to time due to loud music from cars but all in all I haven't had to many issues. My AC stopped working once and they were here with in 30mins to fix it. The staff are friendly and always willing to give

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! I lived in the park apts it was awful!!!! Roaches that never go away. my bathroom flooded into the neighbor belows house and maintence was unavalible!!! they left me with no a/c middle of the summer with two children. After replacing unit they left a giant 3ft by 4ft

Terrible Nothing got fixed, nothing worked...
The girl in the office was a joke! She put up a security camera outside her window to harrass tenants...when she should have been looking at herself. She would party with all the other people there!
It was a nightmare!
