Briarcliff City Apartments - I lived in Briarcliff City Apartments for a year. Like a few others, I am moving out due to a raise in (already expensive) rent. Briarcliff was a very nice place to live. The apartments were VERY nice, the walls are painted in tones of brown which is a nice change to most apartments all white walls. A Perfect Apartment on the Plaza - I currently live at Plaza Point and love living here. Apartments are spacious, parking garage feels very secure, and most utilities are paid including heat and ac. By far the best feature are the staff, including the doormen and door-women, and the manager.
