mixed impression From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived in this building for a couple of months now. At first I was very impressed with the building and the staff. Over time I began to realise how much of a pain that the staff and building's rules have become. Anything that requires you to talk to the office becomes an incredible ordeal. The management will listen to your problems with a smile, but it goes in one ear and out the other. Moving in and out is a pain. They set up strict rules for moving, but all the reasons for these rules end up not amounting to much as the residents rebel and move whenever they want. This is just one example of several things that just don't make much sense. Although the units are very small they are laid out well, and have great finishes and appliances. I do like the unit I live in, but I am growing to hate the building, it's staff, and it's rules. I would be wary to advise anyone to move in without a full understanding of what is expected of it's tenants.
