Overpriced compared to everywhere else in the area. For less rent you could get a much larger place. The staff try to sell you on the great finishes, but once you start using the appliances and fixtures you start to realise there are huge problems. The sink for example spits water all over the kitchen and there is no backsplash on the back of the counter. Everytime I use the sink I need to wipe down the floor and countertop. Without the backsplash I have seen water spill down into the cabinets. I can't wait to see how much they will deduct from my deposit based on the owners going on the cheap and not properly finishing off the units. Get a place somewhere else. You will save money and have a much nicer place.
