BAD Place, the staff is a bunch of ------- (even the male staff) When I moved it the place was nice, even though a tear comes to your eye when you write the rent check for the month. Oh and don't expect to get any packages in the mail. They won't let the mailmen take it to your door, it can only be downstairs at the office. But I ask to be notified if I got one and the manager, said "Maybe you should have your packages sent to your office, We are not obligated to accept your mail here, we are Very Busy" So excuse me but last time I checked I was a resident, and would like my BRAS mailed to my home NOT THE OFFICE. I highly reccomend looking for somewhere else. I can't tell you all the reasons & rules here. PS. My washer was broken for a MONTH and they did nothing to discount rent or anything courteous like that.

I agree 100% with this posting. The leasing director is either the biggest airhead or crook. Get everything in writing from her. Quotes one price for rent, then writes up a differnt (larger) price. And does not stand behind what she quoted. Took forever to get washer fixed. Out of heat last winter for over a week. Maint. said she never notified them. On and on....cant wait to move.
