I have been here for a bit more than a month and I cant stop singing its praises. First off, I'm transplanted from the east coast and have rented in both NYC and DC. I've expereinced bad service and maintenance in the past and have been overwhelmed with attention at 909 Walnut. My minor complaints have been addressed and resolved to my satisfaction.

First off, every apt building has its quirks. The test of a great apt building is how responsive the staff is. I must say that from the office management down to the maintenance, I could not ask for more. I am treated as if I am the only one who lives here and am always greeted with a smile and a willingness to resolve whatever minor issue I have.

The parking is great for the price. The outdoor patio on teh 6th floor is a great place to have a bbq or a few drinks after a long day.

The fixtures and washer and dryer in teh apt are 1st class all the way.

As far as price, its a little more than other places in the area, but there is no crime and each apt is renovated. This cannot be said about ANY blding in the area. Also, I cannot underscore the value of the attentive staff.

As if that werent' enough, the workout room is more than a treadmill. I have delayed joining a gym until the workout room proves itself inadequate, which to date it has not.

All in all, this is a GREAT place ti live and relax.
