My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years and we can hardly wait until our lease is up! We have moved twice within the building (both times trying to get away from noisy neighbors) and the last move has been absolutely horrible. We have the loudest person up above us...it is ridiculous! We pay $1900 for a one bedroom with a patio and the retard above us pays $900. We have been complaining about him and his noise for several months and management has yet to address the issue of noise with him. We have been putting up with his noise for almost a year...he is constantly dropping heavy stuff on his floor and he stomps constantly. We can tell exactly where he is in his apartment because he is so loud. Management first told us they would get a "noise violation" out to him but did they ever do that' They don't do ANYTHING except take your money. They will NEVER address any issues you have, you can count on it. I would suggest to ANYONE that is considering this place that it looks NICE but MANAGEMENT will never take care of anything! It has been like this the whole time we have been here. They have a bunch of nimrods running the place. MANAGEMENT HAS MADE US HATE THE PLACE! They say they are going to address your issues but NEVER, EVER do. DON'T RENT FROM THIS PLACE, MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE! I agree with the other review, they are all -------, even the men.

I agree that the soundproofing here could be much better, though do feel my issues were adequately addressed by management. Having the doorman interrupt the parties / loud music in the middle of the night was also a lot better than having to do that myself. Still, am disappointed that leases are issued to such irresponsible, immature individuals... had hoped for more of a young professionals environment with fewer noisy retards. It's an amazing art deco building, however, with above average renovation and great views. I suspect it will be a lot better when it goes condo and the young, noisy retards who can't afford it move out.
