The apartments have very small wind open windows. And the noise--- as I write it's 7:30 AM, and there are 3 jackhammers going in the parking lot. From 7 AM till 5 PM the jackhammers are working for a construction project that will last 2-3 weeks. The pool is poorly kept up, the water looks nearly green when viewed from the apartment. If you value your mental sanity, hearing, sleep or health DO NOT consider 910 Penn. It's glory days are long since gone and it's time to shut this building down. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
