There has been so much work done here. This place is a hidden treasure. I barley pay anything and I live downtown! My utility bill is $10 a month!

this place is a dump....it should be condmned....DST and embassy properties are nothing but slumloads...mgmt is even more than under westmark mgmt...and the --- dude they had in here.

This building has seen tons of improvement and alot of money invested to try to make it nicer since DST and Embassy took over. One of the biggest problems is the tenants themselves... many are nothing but trash. Cant even leave vending machines in the building without someone breaking into them.. or put a dollar bill changer in the laundry room without some scumbag tearing it off the wall, and cutting the cables to the security camera in there. Its not the management that sucks,, its the tenants...
