My wife and I have lived here at 910 Penn for 7 1/2 years now in a total of three different apartments and we even moved back here after trying a pricey downtown loft for a year. The maintainence staff is quick and very responsive. The renovations over the last two years have been needed and have returrned this grand old lady to much of its former prominence. The only basic utility we have to pay for is electrcity and we average $34.00 a month for it, all of the other basic utilities are furnished. We make use of the covered garage for our car and it is worth the additional $35.00 a month for it. The residents are multi-ethnic and have never posed any problems to us as far as we are concerned. We have a great view of downtown Kansas City and we throughly enjoy it and consider it our home of choice.
