My name is Eric, I lived at 910 Penn for only 3 months before relocating to another state due to a new job I took. 910 Penn has really nice views, as soon as you walk out the front door, there is the skyline of downtown Kansas City. Even though it is urban and downtown, it also feels slightly suburban and residential due to the park behind it and all of the redbrick townhouses nearby and all the tree lines roads there. Lori in the office is very sweet and the night security guy is really cool too. The best part was the utility bills, everything covered except electric and it was only 53 dollars for 2 months for my apartment. The only drawbacks are that shopping is scarce nearby and because the boiler is either on heat or cool, you can't adjust it inside your apartment, sometimes the ac will still be running when its cold outside.. so just get a space heater and you can turn off the ac inside your house.
