I like the apartment I think it's good for the price and the views are great! Sure the building needs updating however, if there is ever a problem it gets fixed right away, as long as you tell the management. Parking is terrible there are not enough parking spots so you have to park on the street. The one thing that really bothers me is that there are always people sitting out front of the building smoking and talking even drinking warm vodka straight from the bottle.. and they always have to comment about every little thing when you walk past them. It's hard to deal with when you just want to come home and be left alone without a bunch of creeps bothering you. They live in the building and need to get a life. Atleast their 400lb mother doesn't sit out there with them. That's pretty sad that that's a plus to living in the building.
