There's lots of section 8 residents, theft in laundry rooms daily, parking is first come first serve so good luck finding a place at 5:30. Building is old and not very pleasant in appearance. Overall layout is not well planned. Kitchens are useless. No dishwasher, no counter space. Walls are some sort of concrete so you can't hang shelves or anything heavy. They really need security monitors everywhere. A great location, could be upper end if they did major work and got rid of half the weird residents.

I agree- they really need to do some work to update- and do something about the parking!
