910 Penn Apartments

OK for the price. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Considering that the price for downtown living is on a sharp increase, this place is very affordable. The view is great and I consider it to be one of the best in KC. The staff is responsive to any issues and the utilities are very low. They have made many upgrades in the two years that I've been there (paint, landscaping, ac unit). The downside is the laundry room isn't the best and there are a few "weirdos" in the building. While they are harmless, they certainly remind you that you're not in a high class building. If you're not pretentious and enjoy living amongst all walks of life this place is for you. However if you're looking for "yuppyland" you won't find it at 910 Penn. Overall it's a great place to live.
