The building and the maintenance staff are great BUT the management is worthless, here is why:

1- the property manager brings her pet into the office almost everyday or allows her friends to bring their pets in there so it stinks of dog
2- there is this little older black woman who is constantly in the lobby or the office. Despise the NO LOITERING sign posted she is always there
3- property manager socializes with certain residents and they are always in her office and makes it hard to talk to her
4- the little older black woman from point #2 is used to deliver notices to residents

OMG that is so true. The little black woman is called Cherry and she lets her dog wander around the lobby without a leash. This behavior shocked me when I visited a friend and walked in the door to be greeted by some ugly pug barking. The times I visited there, she was constantly in the lobby I thought she was homeless. Sadly management does nothing about it considering I have seen Cherry go for lunch with the property manager many times. Pathetic management otherwise but nice place otherwise.

This is so True. I used to live at 910 penn but had to move in order to get away from seeing Cherry. Let's get Cherry EVICTED! Down with Cherry!! Hell, I might even move back.

I can't belive Cherry is still alive. Does that ghay guy Thomas still prance around there with his 4 dogs? What about the angry Korean lady with the eye patch that would steal laundry out of the dryers to sell to tourists at the City Market? What about the 500 lb. lady Catherine that comes in every evening with two overflowing fast food sacks? Is Rita still wheeling around there in her chair? That lady sure does wreak of B.O. and unchanged Depends diapers. Her squirrelly little black ex-husband is a freak that uses Rita for her money and tries to hook up with Cherry in the lobby. Is Oliver still riding his bike and drinking warm vodka pints? Any chance his wife is still wheeling around a fake baby in a stroller because she is absolutely nuts?

I agree...you guys are pretty mean. I lived there 20 years ago for about 15 years. I still have dreams that I moved back. I LOVED my apartment. It sounds like it's gone down hill? I guess if you don't like it, you can move out. I became a homeowner.

Funny thing- Cherry is still here and I just passed her in the lobby with her dog- I don't think she has anywhere to go or anything to do so hanging out in the lobby is her entertainment- I do agree that she as well as some of the other residents do take down the property value- I mean- I often wonder if some of the units are section 8 or something...
