Maintenance seems to come into your apt. at least once a month whether you're there or not. There's alway some excuse like spraying for bugs or fixing the A/C. They also control the central air, meaning that it doesn't matter if it's 75 degrees outside like it is today, if you want the cool air conditioning on, you're getting heat. It was very pleasant waking up to hot sticky air in the morning even though I had the A/C set to cool because the office decided that just because it's the first of October that the heat should be on... rather than actually going off the temperature like any smart human would. They do this same crap in spring too. Hot days starting early in April' (we had 80 weather by April this year) They refused to turn on the air conditioning even after we asked because it wasn't June yet. This place sucks. When my lease is up I am definitely moving.

Cherry and her dog are always in the lobby too!!!!!!!!!! Rarely has her dog on a leash and it's really irritating.

The best way I can describe this place is as being all show. It looks amazing for the price but wait til you take a shower where anyte
someone in the building flushes you get burnt or wait til you see cockroaches everywhere. Wait til your bathtub starts peeling from the crappy sealing job they did. Wait for maintenance to invade your space. Wait for the air conditioning to never be controlled by you. It sounds like I'm making a big deal, but last year my apt was literally 80-85 degrees all winter and in the 90s til June. Keep in mind that this was with my thermostat OFF!

Don't even get me started on the parking lot.

I HATE THIS PLACE.

Okay...I'm going to try this again...excuse me if it posts twice. Anyway, I lived at 910 Penn for about 18 years (that was around 15-20 years ago). I LOVED IT THEN!!! I do remember the heating/ac problem every time the seasons changed. That I did not like. I had a BEAUTIFUL top floor, downtown view apartment. Everytime I walked into my apartment into the living room, there was that beautiful view...stunning! There were issues with the roof leaking too but they tried their best to fix it and redo the ceiling (just little small spots in my bedroom). To this day though I still have dreams about moving back there. I loved it. Maybe it's changed since then.

Yep! Great view. That's about it, though. I forgot to mention it. You're right! Every time it rains, it leaks through the windows too. Also, the outside wall is so thin that if you put your hand to it, you can feel it is significantly warmer than the rest of the building when the suns on it. The walls are ridiculously thin. If it rains anything more than a sprinkle, you can hear the rain against the wall and it can get so loud sometimes that it can wake you up. Sounds like someone is throwing hundreds of bb's at the wall from inside the room. Elevator is always breaking and trapping people inside, etc etc. I can go on for days.

No temperate control in individual units..Parking is non-existent....THIs dump should be condemned by the city.
