The place is cheap and the neighbors are quiet (most of the time) and keep to themselves. The area is not that bad; never had any problems. The manager is older and doesn't respond too quickly to any requests; but very nice. Washers and dryers keep blowing out the fuse and if its on a weekend, it might take awhile for the landlord to fix it. Heating is a nightmare. You have no control over it; though its paid for. One maintenance guy who doesn't speak English (as with most of the neighbors). No ammenities of any kind. If all you're looking for is a cheap place, this is it.
