The building is relatively old, but a nice apartment nonetheless. Maintenance has been helpful, Joy (the manager) is fantastic to work with and always helpful to me.

It's a little loud as far as upstairs neighbors are concerned, and I have a three year old so I'm always after him to stay quiet (I'm on the second level of three) so he doesn't disturb the neighbors downstairs. It's safe, though, and I have no problems walking around at night in the area. Snow removal was quick, the grounds are pretty and the neighbors are nice. I would rent here again, though I'm moving to be closer to work.

**I had to update my response to say that it's my last week at these apartments. Things have been great. They gave me three days notice before some future residents will want to look at it. I've never had a place ask me three days in advance...let alone ask, a lot of times they TELL you they're bringing people in. I highly recommend Apple Creek.
