The monthly rent was the reason why we chose these apartments. After we had moved in, it was $10 more due to no rental history. I would assume they would have told us before they moved us in but they failed to do so. So we were stuck paying more than what we agreed upon. Our AC has been off for more than a week, but they agreed to do it in a couple of days, still no word. Their emergency number is actually a pager, and they do not respond as soon as possible. It was nice living here during the fall and winter, but when spring came around there were many unnecessary activities with the police and there are numerous cases of break-ins, one we encountered ourselves. There were mold in the bathroom, which they have covered up with paint. The apartment was already in a bad condition when we moved in - stuff under the stove, stained carpet that hasnt been steam cleaned and holes already made in the walls. The playground is horrible - it is very small and unsturdy. A good thing is that - they do things in order, however, if it is an emergency, they will make you wait. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
