Poor Management

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
This place probably has the potential to be nice, but its too bad the management don't care to work hard enough to make it that way. The space is great, laundry is handy. But there is never any hot water (2 tanks to supply 6 apartments), and getting anyone to come in and fix anything here is a joke. I'll be moving out just as soon as my lease is up.
