Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
I have lived at Applewood for several years, and have had three different managers.
Each one was professional and did a good job.
I've watched this site for months since my disruptive, neighbor went through the eviction process for you gessed it, not paying rent, and assisting a few of us in loosing many nights sleep due to their behavior. The neighbor boasted about this site, and I find it to be open for those who want to sound off in retalliation,and of course those of us who live here, choose to live here because of the management, staff, floorplans and location. Before you decide from our opinions, come meet the staff who responds to my requests, and knows who I am, I've been happy with this property, and have brought friends to live here as well. To my sour former neighbor....good bye, you are not a represenative of us who enjoy our quite homes. I'm just fine!
