| I disagree with the previous post. I have lived here for 5 years. Every year a major improvement has been done (painting, asphalt resurfacing, carpet, etc). My rent has only been raised 3 times in that 5 year period. The ... more | ||||||||||||

| There are a lot better neighborhoods in Brookside and Waldo. Rent rises by 25 bucks a year, with little to no improvements made to the site. | ||||||||||||
