We have lived here for 2 years and have very much enjoyed it. We have recently purchased a new house and there are still things I am going to miss about Barclay. The have recently been taken over by new management and things are really starting to change, they are putting sprinkle systems throughout the property, and since talking to the office a couple days ago, in the process of fixing the siding problem!! Things are really looking up to an already great property! I was reading some of the other comments about noise problems. I personally have not had any problem with noise! In fact compared to other communities I have lived in the noise level has been surprisingly quiet!! I would reccommend Barclay as a good place to live!
