I thought this was a good title because you would have to be all of these traits to be happy in this place. The Management Co. is really bad still even though it has changed since living there. I was given nothing but fail promises and lies by some want-a-be Hooters girls. When we moved in there was a gate for security and the promise of cameras.Not only are there no cameras but now they have taken the gates out. They pitched the satilite tv as an option, no it is the only thing available. We recieved a package that went to the office and I just happen to find out about it when I paid rent two months later,Hello!You better have 4x4 in the winter and a fist full of dollars because they make one pass with the snow plow and the walls of the apartment are so thin and the cheapest windows you have ever seen it will cost you, believe me. We were also told that there was 24 hour tanning which was nice because we work late and a nice workout on their half broken work out station and a tan was nice until they took that away and made it from 8-5, Hmmmmm but it is open on Sat. if the valley girl in the office show up that is. They took the high speed internet away-period. So I guess if you like fighting snow, cheaply made, noisey, poorly sided, no parking,trash hauling,lieing management,false promises,high utilities this just could be the place for you! Oh I almost forgot, the bottom apartments have been broken into several times even the office and a car stolen. When I asked the office about the missing office TV they told me it was sent in for repairs, it was until I talked the the police that had came to the apartments one day and I asked them about it that I was told about all the break in's and the car getting stolen. Management of course had an excuse but the police say they are still haven't caught anyone. Great...
