I am pretty happy living here at Barclay Club. The only things I don't like are that the workout facility is a joke and the trash piles up in front of the dumpster, which is right next to the mailboxes. So if you pick the wrong time to get your mail, there will be a smelly mess. Most of the buildings in the front of the complex are 3-story, which makes parking a problem, and there's much more noise. I live in one of the buildings at the rear of the property. They are all 2-story. There is hardly any garbage mess at the dumpsters, and parking is never a problem. It is also pretty quiet; the only neighbor I hear is the guy downstairs when he shuts his door. Unless you see your neighbors on your way in or out; you'd think the buildings were deserted.

I will be renewing my lease. Take my advice, if you like quiet and lots of parking, live in the rear of the property. You won't regret it.
