I called Barclay and spoke to their leasing person. When I called I asked what the apartment had to offer, she asked me well what do you want to know''' She never gave me any details about anything. I asked her what the dimensions of the apartment were and she had no idea! Also when I asked if we could have BBQ grills she told me no and that it was a KC ordinance and no BBQ grills were allowed on any property in the Northland ( BIG LIE, check around) Lordly lordly! If they are this clueless before I move in , I can only imagine. I will be going elsewhere

I think ur an idiot..the ppl in the office are always very friendly and knowlegable. The thing with the grills...it IS a city ordinance that you cannot have grills on your patios or balconys, they have to be at least idk 15 or 20 feet away from the building at all times, so you can have one if you want, but it's gotta stay away from the building all the time. And who do you think you are, the freakin Queen of England? "What does Barclay have to offer me?" Gimme a break...if ur smart enough to go to apartmentratings.com...then go to apartments.com and look up what barclay has to offer instead of calling and bugging the staff with dumass questions and then bitching about it on here.

I was really excited when I read your comment that the barbeque pit rumor was false because I signed a lease and have a $500 gas grill.... http://www.municode.com/resources/gateway.asp?sid=25&pid=10
city ordanance Sec. 26-307.2. states that its true. I have not moved in yet ( I will in June) and I am reading these hoping to get an honest opinion, so please only state facts that you know are true before you mislead potential buyers
