I've lived here three months and so far so good. The only bad thing is parking sucks REALLY BAD. But I got put on a waiting list for a garage..and got one within a month or so, and now parking is much more convieniant. It's def worth the extra $50 a month. Another thing that's bad, is the walls are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo thin. I mean...if I don't have the tv or radio on in my house, I can hear word for word what my neighbors are saying, and unfortunately I live next door to a couple of crazies. They fight constantly. BUT, I finally reported them to the office...and they took care of it. The office ppl are always very nice and accomidating. I haven't had any maintenane issues yet, but I did accidentely lock my garage door opener IN my garage, and they came right out and opened it for me within 15 minutes of my call...and this was after hours. So, as of right now...I thinks it's a pretty good place to live. There's never a bunch of hoodlum kids running around tearing stuff up, in fact, I think I've only seen one kid since I've lived there. The majority of ppl that live there that I've seen are in their 20's-30's. Anyway....I would recommend these apartments.
