There's pros and lots of cons. The place is pretty cheaply built as I've noticed, but the walls are pretty good at blocking sound from the neighbors. BUT...parking is absolutely horrible in certain spots..they built these garages ($50 a month) that take up too much space when they should have just built the car port things. Maintenance takes a while from scheduling, but the free tanning, sauna, and weightroom is a plus. There is only one internet provider allowed (not cable) and everything else just kinda adds up.Another plus is that the water bill is included in the rent.
