I moved in November 1, 2005 and by the end of the month I was ready to break my lease. Parking is horrible unless you like to park several unit down. Maintenance, it's now March 20th, and they still haven't fixed what was documented on my move in inspection! I had to replace my smoke detector battery so I could sleep! (Maint. stated, we'll get to it).

Common complaint is parking. (THEY(MGMT) TOW CARS FOR ANY REASON AND WILL NOT SPECIFICALLY PUT IT IN WRITING. STATED, ITS PRIVATE PROPERTY AND WE WILL TOW WHEN,WHERE,WHO AT ANY TIME WITHOUT REASON.) In my area, there is (64) units and 44 parking spaces! In consideration, 2-bdrm's, possible 2 cars per unit, this doesn't add up.

Move on in and enjoy paying for a place where it catches on fire about every three years, no parking, nothing gets fixed, trash everywhere, dog crap in the grass and office staff who don't care about residents!

BUT HEY.....WE GOT A GREAT NEW SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND FLOODS APARTMENTS!
