I called to inquire about some pricing and someone named Theresa answered the phone. I had barely gotten out my question about a two bedroom apartment when she cut me off to accuse me of doing some kind of survey and didn't even want to answer my question!'! It was VERY rude to say the least and after that experience I didn't even care to see what the apartments were like. If I was going to be treated that rudely on the phone it might just be easier to spare myself the experience of going through it in person. I actually ended up renting the from a complex that was willing to answer my questions. I guess I thought that was their job. . .obviously not in her opinion.

Personally...Theresa was great help to us and I really enjoy working with her. Perhaps that incident was just due to her jumpy, spunky personality. Bad day perhaps? People these days are so quick to judge...so...come on now! -Harmony Brown
