This place is ran like a dump. The neighbors leave there trash outside there doors for days so rodents come into the halls and eat trash, then its all over the hall. Nobody sends a memo telling people not to do that When you first pull in the dumpster area is overflowed everywhere and it is nasty, when you pay $700. a month for rent the grounds should at least be clean. Why spray for rodents when people leave there trash around the halls inviteing the rodents. Also the apartments are cheaply built you can hear every toilet flush from your neighbors, banging on the floor as they walk it is a sorry and disturbing place to live. there is no peace and quiet. I cant wait until my lease is up. Finally if you are not home by 7 pm there will be NO parking for you you will have to walk from the pool area to your building in the rain from the supermarket its awful.

This place is organized better than the dump. I have never once seen trash outside my door, or any others. This is something that can happen anywhere though. -I get memo's on my door at least once a month from the apartment complex, they do come around. This last one was for free Panda Express dinner at the club house. The dumpster has only been overflowed twice since i havebeen here. The mailman confirms this. You can't blame the complex for the first one because a resident jammed the thing with a bed frame. I will admit though, it is pretty far away and they could use another compactor towards the back. I have never heard my neighbors. I do live on the top floor though. But i flat out have never heard them. Parking can get tight sometimes but there is always a spot within 4-5 spaces of the stairway. And I've always had a spot directly across from the stairs. If you cant walk that far you're too damn spoiled and need to quit eating so many donuts. Although there are a few places near the 3 story buildings where I can see it being tight also.
